3. How does the ordering process work?

4. How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made via bank transfer in EUR.
Important: Production starts only after payment has been received, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
5. Can I pay after delivery?
Yes, after 5-10 successful orders (depending on the order value), we can offer deferred payment terms of 8, 15, or 30 days, subject to a written agreement.
6. Can I pay by credit card?
At this time, credit card payments are not available.
7. What materials can be processed?
We manufacture parts from a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and various plastics. If you have specific material requirements, please contact us.

The delivery time depends on the complexity of the part and the chosen manufacturing method. Standard production time is 5-15 business days, with express manufacturing available for certain parts. Delivery is handled by reputable logistics providers (e.g., DHL, UPS, DB Schenker).
